Please note a site meeting of the General Purposes Sub-committee will take place on Saturday 10th March 2007 at 9.30am in the Playing Field, Stonemoor Estate, Crapstone.

2. Crapstone Playing Field (Stonemoor). Inspection of new equipment, and the Barn area and condition of the field.
3. Inspection of bus shelter at Whistley Down, Golf Links Road.
4. Parish Trees at Leg O’Mutton and off St Paul’s car park: Maintenance considerations.
5. Inspection of bus shelters at Crapstone and Buckland.
6. Cemetery inspection at Buckland.
7. Other matters concerning maintenance.

Play Park Sub-committee
A meeting of the sub-committee will take place at Milton Combe Village Hall on Tuesday 4th July at 7pm to discuss the play area and recreation field at Crapstone.

BUCKLAND MONACHORUM PARISH COUNCIL
GERERAL PURPOSES SUB-COMMITTEE
There will be a site meeting on Saturday 20th October at 9.30am. Gather in front of the Church in the centre of Buckland Monachorum.
The intention is to visit the churchyard, memorial meadow, cemetery, play park, bus shelters (Buckland 2, Crapstone 2, Whistley Down 1, Golf Links Road 1), Crapstone recreation field, and Leg O’Mutton/Yelverton trees.
A meeting of the cemetery sub-committee will be arranged shortly to review the policies in place to manage the cemetery.
